• Create an account using your email address. You'll use this account throughout the application, lease signing, and later to access the Resident Portal. Your login details will be saved for easy access.

• Let us know if you need parking, have pets, or require renter's insurance.
• Some communities have limited parking, so reserve your spot now if needed.
• Review our pet policy on the application, and feel free to contact our onsite team with any questions.
• Renter's insurance is required for all residents. We offer a low-cost option if you don't have your own.

• Provide your contact details, current address, and relevant information about your living situation (e.g., vehicles, pets).
• Upload a copy of your ID for verification.

• A brief questionnaire helps us learn more about you so that we can plan resident events and match roommates (if applicable).
• Use the drop-down or multiple-choice options to answer questions about your academic focus, study habits, and social preferences.

• Most applicants require a guarantor (co-signer) whose income helps meet our qualification standards. Add your guarantor's name and email to the application.
• If qualifying with your income, enter your employment information and upload proof of income (e.g., pay stubs). Please note that student loans are not considered income.

• Please provide the name and contact details of the person we should contact on your behalf and whether they have access to your unit.
